Is it possible to ship to an address different from my billing address?
As a matter of policy, we always ship the customer’s first order to the billing address, in order to verify the billing address. After the first order, any subsequent orders can be shipped to any addresses that are different from the billing address. Can you ship to locations outside of the U.S.?
At this time, Cascade Star does not ship orders to international locations, even if the billing address is in the United States. All orders are sent to U.S. addresses only.

What should I do if the order was received in a damaged condition?
In the highly unlikely event that your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact Cascade Star customer service as soon as possible at 1-800-804-0580 or customer@cascadestar.com. We pack our orders carefully and in high quality materials but there can be instances when the shipment gets damaged in transit. Please save all boxes and materials from the shipment and prepare a brief description of the damage. Digital photos of the damage would be helpful but not required. You can rest assured that Cascade Star will take care of this issue to your complete satisfaction.

Can I place an order through telephone or wire transfer?
Yes, you can place an order using a telephone or bank wire transfer method. Simply choose your preferred method (telephone or wire transfer) during the checkout process and at the end of the checkout process, you will get an order confirmation page with the order number. After the order has been placed, please call Cascade Star at 1-800-804-0580 to complete the purchase over the telephone. In the case of a telephone order, you can provide the credit card information over the phone to complete the order. In the case of a bank wire transfer, you can obtain the wiring instructions over the phone and proceed with the bank wire transfer; once the transfer has been received by Cascade Star, we will contact you to confirm the order and ship the order to you.
How long does it take for the order to ship?
If an order is placed before 5 p.m. Pacific Time on a business, we usually ship the order on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or over the weekend is shipped the next business day.
Simply sign into your account at Cascade Star and click on “Order Status” on the left to view your orders. The FedEx tracking number will be shown in the order information and clicking on the tracking number will take you to the FedEx website where the tracking information will be shown.
How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
If the order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order anytime online or by calling Cascade Star at 1-800-804-0580 or emailing us at customer@cascadestar.com. Simply sign into your account at Cascade Star and click on “Order Status” on the left to view your orders. If the order has not yet shipped, there will be a “Cancel” button shown next to the order and clicking on that button will cancel the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept payments through bank wire transfer and in some cases, certified checks.

Does each jewelry design come with a warranty?
All Cascade Star jewelry comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, which guarantees that you have purchased a quality piece of 18 karat or platinum jewelry made to the highest standards of craftsmanship. It has passed very strict quality control checks in order to bear the Cascade Star trademark. Cascade Star jewelry is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. Defective pieces will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This warranty does not cover the cost of repairs required due to normal wear and tear.
