All Cascade Star jewelry comes with a 100% Lifetime Warranty, which guarantees that you have purchased a quality piece of 18 karat or platinum jewelry made to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Each piece has passed very strict quality control checks in order to bear the Cascade Star trademark. Every jewelry design is carefully inspected by certified jewelers just before shipping as a final quality check to ensure your complete satisfaction.

All Cascade Star jewelry designs are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects and defective pieces will be repaired or replaced at no charge and includes free shipping for as long as you own the jewelry design. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The Cascade Star 100% Lifetime Warranty is offered only to original owners of the Cascade Star jewelry designs and may not be assigned or transferred and terminates upon change of ownership.

The Warranty does not cover the cost of repairs due to normal wear and tear and damage through acts of nature (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)

Cascade Star may, at is discretion, replace the original jewelry design with an identical design at no charge.

Because of the complex nature of our jewelry designs and our exceptional quality standards, the Warranty becomes null and void if alterations of any kind are performed upon the jewelry design by anyone other than a Cascade Star jeweler.

Cascade Star was founded in late 2005 in Seattle, Washington on the premise that premium quality designer diamond jewelry can and should be offered online at reasonable prices and expedience without compromising on the selection, quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. The company's name was derived from the local Cascade Mountain Range in Washington State with the “Star” added at the end to reflect the star-like nature of diamond jewelry.
